  It’s such a hit and miss with this store! Some days I get great customer service and other days I feel like I just should t of been there! I went there once looking for a wifi portable modem (which mind you they sell!) and the lady turns to me and say “no we don’t and never have sold those” I show her on the internet and claims dumb not knowing a thing. Self service.... now I’ve worked at the opposition in self service and know how it’s meant to be run, far from great service! I just spent 10mins waiting for help while three staff members looked at me and turned the other way while the one kid who was there was helping someone else and he was clueless as anything. And do you think they can muster a hello or goodbye.... mmm no. I use this shop because it’s across the road from me. But unless it’s a last minute thing I need. See ya I ain’t shopping here! It’s pathetic!

  Good look to the store but why is the range of product reduced?Every time they redecorate they reduce the range of items to choose from. Not happy. Bring on the competition.

  The store has been updated and re-organized. Rows are wider now. I have almost found where all the products live now. At the end of each row is a information sheet with stock title and row numbers.
